From the very beginning of our activity, we have focused on removing CO₂ from the atmosphere through natural mineralization and enhanced weathering processes. Our mission is to create technology that combines environmental benefits with industrial value.
One example of this approach is our filler Fill Green – natural antigorite (Mg₃Si₂O₅(OH)₄), which can become a local, low-emission alternative to imported olivine in rock wool production.
Fill Green provides stable sources of MgO and SiO₂, essential in the melting and fiber-forming process. After calcination (600–700°C), it forms forsterite, which increases the thermal resistance of fibers and, most importantly, does not generate CO₂ emissions – unlike calcium or magnesium carbonates.
It is a raw material that can:
✅ replace olivine
✅ reduce energy consumption in the melting process
✅ improve the chemical stability and rheology of the melt
✅ contribute to the development of low-carbon mineral wool
We want to co-create solutions that connect industry with climate goals. Therefore, we invite rock wool and high-temperature insulation producers to participate in joint laboratory testing of Fill Green.
Together, we can accelerate the transformation toward materials with a negative carbon footprint.
