We are building a production line for Fill Green – innovative antigorite-based fillers that not only find applications in construction chemistry, but above all reduce the carbon footprint of construction chemicals and absorb CO₂.
As Green Sequest, from the very beginning we have been using antigorite in Enhanced Rock Weathering technology, combining carbon dioxide sequestration with soil quality improvement. Now we are taking it a step further – under the Fill Green brand, we are bringing antigorite into the construction materials market, transforming it into a raw material that lowers the carbon footprint.
Research shows that antigorite performs excellently in tile adhesives, ETICS systems, thin-layer façade plasters, or bituminous membranes. But this is only part of its potential.
➡️ Fill Green allows for a reduction of cement use by up to 25%, which means real savings and a significant decrease in CO₂ emissions.
And that’s just the beginning:
➡️ as a topping for bituminous membranes, it not only increases UV resistance but also captures CO₂ from the air,
➡️ as a filler for mineral, dispersion, or mosaic plasters – it transforms them into materials that actively sequester carbon dioxide,
➡️ as a component of epoxy floors or stone carpets – it turns sidewalks and pathways into surfaces that purify the atmosphere.
Fill Green is a new generation of construction materials – reducing raw material consumption, lowering costs and carbon footprint, while at the same time working for the climate through permanent CO₂ absorption.
